Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom.

Delivery options and cost
Standard Tracked Delivery — FREE on every order. Arrives in 5–8 working days.
Express Delivery — £4.99. Arrives in 3-5 working days.
All orders are tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your
parcel leaves us.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Orders placed at a
weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not from when you order.

If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, email us at
noctevasleep@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it or replace it.
If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours.

Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once
it's dispatched, and we can't refund orders sent to an address entered
incorrectly.
